q2:Kenwa helped Njoki when She learned the She was HIV- positive. She was desparate in life and wanted to commit suicide. Asukwa who is a community social worker saw her and talked to her then cancelled her and took her to the organisation for proper high tech cancelling groups. q2:Today during my normal visit of home based care. I visit this lady. Grace Achieng, she as been living positively for more than 10 y ears now and she takes the initiative to tell us that HIV AIDS is just a disease like any other. We notice that she has kids nd she has adopted one. Her last kids she had gotten them while she was positive. She tells that when one is positive she can have childern but only if she they had been taken medicine and their cd4 cells reached 700 this means that their immune system was high and that they were strong. She freely tells us her status and that she has nothing to hide about it. She tells us that she likes engaging young people to go visit VCT centres, know their status so that when one is positive he/she get counselling and ARV's medication earlier. and when found negative one gets advice on how to prevent themselves from infection.

q2:APHIA II WESTERN is an organization fostering physical, social and economic development through health and education in Kenya and beyond. I Kakamega county they have taken quite sometime since they started. This programme that has seen so many people living with HIV/AIDS feel accepted, some pursue education and become successful people in out changing world. This support is through giving of Anti Retrieval Treatment by giving medicines i.e ARVS they provide mass education Awareness to P.L.WA in order to prevent further transmission of these monster (AIDS) and live positively to continue economic development of the country at large.

q2:Safaricom is one of the biggest companies in East Africa. It has positively transformed the lives of Kenyans as far as communication is concerned. Far from communication, it has helped people improve sporting tournament such as football. The initiative has helped youth avoid vices such as drugs and alcohol, and more so, idleness. At least the games have changed their mindset and thus they are living positively. The Safaricom company has also sponsored development projects such as building of schools and health centres. With the support of this prestigious company Kenya as a country is heading somewhere.

q2: It was so painfull to accept the fact that i was HIV/AIDS positive. I could not believe the fact because to me that meant to be neglected by the society and also living as a corpse as many people have always put it. Because of the stress, my health was getting worse and worse each and everyday untill this neighbour of mine decided to take me Neema women group where i received counselling on how to live with HIV/AIDS. I was so much encouraged as they took me as their own. They also helped me access the Anti-Rethro drugs and today am living positively but happy, strong and healthy going on with my daily activities normally knowing that i have Neema Women Group as a family.
