q2: Angoloto health care has been of great help to the residence of Angoloto who used to walk long distance to access medical services at Alupe hospital. It was tiresome until early this year when the government started the health centre and equipped it with enough medical facilities and today, it has brought hope and life to the residence of Anoloto.

q2: The numbers of my community for a very long time have been walking very long distance almost ten kilometres just to receive medical treatment at the Busia District Hospital. This year in January that came to an end when Dr Godana started a health centre in that area serving people the hussle and the energy of walking for miles just to receive medication at the District Hospital

q2:Because majority of the people in our country are poor,it has been difficult for them to have access to medical services in case of any disease attack.This was solved by the government which introduced government hospitals and health centers which give free medical services. They also teach the people on how to control some diseases. This has promoted life expectancy among the people.

q2:Some years back in the slum of Mathare there was no Hospital which could cater for the sick. They used to go long distance to get to the hospital and they were expensive.Thanks to the German Project that build a Hospital which is called Baraka Medical Center and it has German Doctors and it is cheap.Through the Hospital they have come out to campaign to the people of mathare to stop hiding tere HIV?AIDS status because if they hide their status they may die. Thanks to Hospital people have come to have courage to come to the hospital to be tasted on there status and if found with HIV?AID status they are given medication,foods and conselling session to improve them because if you accept your status you can leave a long life like others.Some of the patient of HIV?AIDs there children are lucky to have sponsors who pay for them school fees because most of the parent are unemployed. Also those doctors visists the patients in there homes to see how the patient are coping. Thanks to the Germany doctors the people of teh slum can access to medication and see how there health on there bodies are fairing on.

Most public hospitals face a chronic shortage of cheap drugs, which drives desperate patients to seek the services of backstreet chemists and clinics that do booming business despite being run by quacks without a background in medical training . One need not look further than the ubiquirus signs advertising the services of traditional healers,who claim to have the remedy for all know ill and ailments

q2:Sponsors from Germany have saved the state of the community in western region. in malinya it was a big problem to get access to health facility and people had to go all the way to the provincial hospital in kakamega. these sponsors after erecting a children's home they also proceeded to change the face of the neighborhood. with this health facility people around the area are now able to access medical attention without having to spend so much as they used to do in the part and many lives were lost.

q2: Failure of Uganda government to fully equiped the hospitals with all facilities has resulted into poor medical service provision to the people. However in Mbale, this is the case as the medical supredant of Mboli health centre 3 sensitized members to contribute ten thousand each family to enable the centre overcome the problem of in adequate medical facilities in the centre. Fortunately the natives have to buy drugs and other items hence overcoming the problem of inadequate medical facilities.
