q2:It was early in January 2008 when the D.C Murang'a started a guard group to stop theft in every community. He came up with a group of youth who were bought touch and given authority to go during the night and arrest everyone who will be seen out late at night. And theft was stoped from that time and people became their own reliance and not stealing from others.

q2: Quake church has started a youth centre in and yearly meeting.The purpose is to reach out to youths and create intervention between the youths in the community,students and the public.The centre has a library, computer room for teaching.A quite number have registered at the centre.One'sin a month our team plans to invite the youths,show films and preach the gospel to them.Other activities that will be run at the centre are debates,seminars and conferences.The centre is sponsored by Christian Union Africa.

q2:Nicofeli is an organisation that started its program back in 2006 to help the youth in adn out of school appreciate adn utilize the creativity and potential.It engage the youth in the community in various life skills trainings,sports,environmental awareness and health.there as well as various income generating activites. To date the program has around 40 members who are currently on board having bebnefited over 600 youths.

q2:Coffee bar is an initiave started by st.Judes youth members with the power to initiate to members of the community and those that worship in this church . This programme is normally held every Sunday after church service.The youth of the church gather in the afternoon and discuss issues that affect as youths. For instance issues have helped deal with issues in the right manner and also change their altitude towards some issues.

q2:Mathare Youth Group,(MAHTGRO) as they call it is full of young energetic boys and girls who have come up together and started this small community based organisation. They have been able to reach out to the community and sensitize them on HIV/AIDS,proper use of condoms,importance of proper nutrition among others.The good thing about this group is that they way they use comical skills by acting to schools and community members as a way to mobilise them to came to their events making things so easy for them when they want to pass out any information. To sustain the group and themselves they have an income generating activity where they do different thing like urban agriculture,this is where they plant sukuma wiki,spinach,onions and tomatoes in sacks after they have grown they sell it to the community. They offer community cleaning services, they wash community toilets,They do poultry agriculture.This among other ways on how this youth have employed themselves other than staying idle at home.

q2: It's (2) two years back ever since an organisation known as youth religious organisation [YRO] helped people in the community. Many of them benefited becouse many youth had nothing to do in the community. As the occurancy of YRO organisation youth were provided jobs such as to work in the youth religious and this organisation created jobs immediately after (6) six months, in here the youths started to work in the created new project such as children center mobility for estance Christianity churches were turned and islamic mosques were built so each youth obviously joined his/her religion. for example those moslems join mosques and this helped them to know about God and both of them became God fearing people in the community.
