q2:Poverty has been a great challenge to the people of kenya. it has made many poeple to flew from rural to urban centres. This has in turn promoted many things in urban areas with great challenges being over crowding of urban areas due to over polution. This has in turn brought development of shantis and slums. I witnessed a group which had an idea of fighting poverty. It was found out that poverty in kenya is brought about by lack of education and self awareness. The organisation was youth oriented and it had 95% of students. The organisation was trying to educate the students how poverty is a major blow in kenya and it was also trying to educate them how they can create job opportunities. The organisation was really growing and it almost hit its major objective of having atleast 120 members. It only failed only after their leader withdrew from it and his assistant transfered to other school. If group therefore started declining since it lacked people with leadership qualities and a great person who could mobilise its member

q2: Kazi Kwa Vijana has become very powerful activity to have be brought in our in our community.This activity have actually made almost all the youth to be active and successfulness members in our community.The government have promoted youths by provision of funds to youth for development groups that they have formed .This has also helped in reduction of crimes because most of these youths are now busy that have got no time to idle and engage in crimes

q2:Kenya Womens Finance Trust has brought up a vibrant initiative to over see the development of the community (on the county level ). They have constructed a bank that can now loan women money for projects and this has greatly changed the face of the entire community. They also give grants to organisations especially orphanages and loans who's interest rates are very friendly for development projects. This has been a clear way of changing the attitude of many people towards raising their livelihood through business.

q2:When not every one would want to go an extra mile so as to touch the heart of community development extra ordinarily, it sounds clear that West FM has done. West FM organization has set up ITC center that commands the communication sector regionally. For so much in a world that has basically become a global village, this is the way to go. People have been able to simplicity do communication not only as communication perse but the same organization in doing the good work for training on ICT always on very affordable and friendly terms. This is an organization that has brought change in our Western region (Kakamega town so much) so to speak.

q2: There are some people who have gained so much in some radio stations' programmes like CBS on Entanda ya Buganda. They have won plots and some have got schools on them which has brought in high development. others have got to know more than they had through the questions they as them. The Luganda language has also been more developed.

q2: Kenya a nation that comprises of different tribes with variable dialects.It cannot standardise to this position without these tribes in a nut shell. with the spices of politics it is hoped to oscillate in a beneficial orbit of development to its people. But the year 2007 politics turned virtrial poison to its nationals, some lost their lives, properties some were maimed and internally displaced citizens became refugees in their own country. All these happened due to affliction/tribalism of the day,as politics took awkward direction of brutality and erosion of human person dignity.In our region supporters of (PNU) party had to escape it since it was (ODM) zone but police force played important role of quelling the situation until Kenya was brought back to its amicable/humble position BRAVO, BRAVO, BRAVO Police force.
