q2:Because majority of the people in our country are poor,it has been difficult for them to have access to medical services in case of any disease attack.This was solved by the government which introduced government hospitals and health centers which give free medical services. They also teach the people on how to control some diseases. This has promoted life expectancy among the people.

q2:It was a chilly morning when I woke up early to prepare to school for usual, Suddenly I heard a loud noise from the next door of our house. I rushed quickly and when i reached there, there was a lady laying on the ground and was bleeding. I called my brother and we took her to the near by clinic which is kibera town health center She was admitted there for the whole day and then transfered to kenyatta National Hospital later the girl was well and she was advised to go home. I and other two women tried to talk to the doctor because we had no money to pay for her bills, but was so sweet, the doctor told us that kibera south have paid all the bills and she may go, but he warned us about not visiting medical check ups because the girl almost died out cancer she was healthy and free to walk freely again.

q2: Failure of Uganda government to fully equiped the hospitals with all facilities has resulted into poor medical service provision to the people. However in Mbale, this is the case as the medical supredant of Mboli health centre 3 sensitized members to contribute ten thousand each family to enable the centre overcome the problem of in adequate medical facilities in the centre. Fortunately the natives have to buy drugs and other items hence overcoming the problem of inadequate medical facilities.
