q2: As a strong woman makes a strong home,a wicked woman's home with no doubt is always bound to break.Women are considered as the spiral cord of everything, they are that delicate I suppose. Women are more prone to get HIV/AIDS just by the biological factors .Statistic shows that in Kenya women are highly infected(they are the majority)its with this reason that the Kenya Network of Women living with Aids chairperson Asunta Wagura has risen up,announced her status that she is HIV positive. She has in many times empowered her fellow women and the youths.Telling them that they can live positively,go to work like any other person, attend to your duties, but in the condition that you accept yourself, your status and live positively. She has mobilised people through her organization to visit V.C.T centres and get to know their status,KENWA too has a therapy session for those living positively where they get to meet, unwind, talk freely about their status, motivate each other and move on with life. They have helped create HIV awareness, condom demonstration and most importantly fight stigma and discrimination in the communities hence reducing the spread of HIV/AIDS.Though Asunta appearance to the public she has been able to challenge thousands of life to accept their status and move on with life. This project has help empower our women, the young girls mothers and even the men.Though women they have been able to encourage their men to visit VCT centres and get to know their status.KENWA has come a long way.

q2: It was so painfull to accept the fact that i was HIV/AIDS positive. I could not believe the fact because to me that meant to be neglected by the society and also living as a corpse as many people have always put it. Because of the stress, my health was getting worse and worse each and everyday untill this neighbour of mine decided to take me Neema women group where i received counselling on how to live with HIV/AIDS.
