I met Peter when he was bed ridden. After doing counselling he accepted to be reffered to counselling and testing. This is the time Peter was tested positive. the parents had lost hope in Peter, but after encouraging peter she is on ARV'S and doing well. he has gained wait and strong. q2:Sanitation is a very big problem facing people in Kibera. But in Kianda there is an organization known as the Umande trust funded by the Japannese government that came to our rescue.
The organization in conjunction with a certain youth group came together and constructed pit latrines and piped water. This has really helped because people nowadays do not dispose waste materials hence preventing the spreading of water borne diseases and diahorea.
