q2: In one meeting of Wabulanga Youth Development Association,the medical assistant of the organization convinced fellow youths to test for HIV/AIDS and know their status. At a free coast he brought medical person from TASO on an agree day so that the youths would test and know their HIV/AIDS status. Unfortunately many youths never turned on that day only 4 had come to know their HIV/AIDS status. Some of the youths are orphans and no wonder they never mind of knowing their HIV/AIDS status till how.

q2:Once living in Siaya, we had a major problem of food because the land was a wilderness full of shrubs and thickets. Most of the land remained unused, expect for the heard of cattle that grazed life in the area and brought about development in the rears cattles, chicken, goats, dairy cows and he even constructed four fish ponds and this changed the wasteland into a productive land that has left the mouth of many wide open.

q2:When people come together for a common course they make things much better and faster. Groups formed and run well are in most cases the ones to watch since they play a big role in development at the society & community level. I being a member of one of the women groups in my area, I have had a lot of gains from the group since we carry out many projects together. These group was formed after a training in group dynamics and cohesiveness by a gender & governance department of Western water & sanitation forum which brought together a total of 120 participants in two different forums in my location. I urge all the women to realize their dream and form such groups then borrow loans or mortgages for their better life.

q2:BRAC, Uganda helped us to develop,it gave us loans on a very low interest rate,it gaves us chicken to near,it gave us new improved seeds to boast our agriculture. q2: Holly cross ministrige came in Bugembe around 1990.This an organisation for catholic church people.they introduced schools both formally and secondary.These schools have helped the people of Bugembe and we are now okay with students. Schools are nearby boarding and day.Students have acquired knowledge and religion.These have reached the extent of building hospital where there is a lot of care once you happen to go there. They have helped parents who have small children to give them transport to and from, and their kept and school until evening when they are brought back home.

q2: The idea brought in about the constituency development funds by the government has helped change positively many constitiencies with better management and which leaders act well. To some with poor management it has not been well for them. The CDF money has help build better roads, expand many schools and even support many pupils and students who are unable to those constituencies with better management. It has been realised that the amount of money given by the government as a constituency development funds is not enough for the underdevelopment constituency and an appeal has been made to them to be considering each and every constituency because underdeveloped area should not be compared to development area.
