q2:When people come together for a common course they make things much better and faster. Groups formed and run well are in most cases the ones to watch since they play a big role in development at the society & community level. I being a member of one of the women groups in my area, I have had a lot of gains from the group since we carry out many projects together. These group was formed after a training in group dynamics and cohesiveness by a gender & governance department of Western water & sanitation forum which brought together a total of 120 participants in two different forums in my location.
