q2: The number of youths living with HIV/Aids has reduced due to the continuous trainings,counselling and guidance seminars being carried out in schools by volunteers from Uganda reproductive health bureau. These people have done a lot of change the minds of youths still in school due to the fact that they encourage them to abstain,use condoms,be faithful to their partners and most of all to avoid early sex. This has brought about a very big change in youths and especially girls.

q2:Many people in the community who suffer from HIV/AIDS in the villages have a rough time when it come to accepting their situation and getting Anti-Retralvirals. An organization by the name of Western water and sanitation Forum came in to create awareness and train people in this rural community of Welho in western kenya. Training them on the HIV/AIDS, Home Based care (HBC), behavoural change and voluntary counseling and testing to partners & persons who have not undergone the test to know their status. The project has since its inception seen PLWHAs persons living with HIV and Aids helped get better health core in accessing drugs and get better nutrition And sensitize on those not yet tested to get tetsed.

q2:HIV and Aids was a relative disesa compared to other.It was spread like wild fire. The first case of this diseas was reported in America.and in kenya was in 1981.This was reported in the early month of 1984 and by the end of that year,eight case was reported. During those days many people did not take the disease seriously even some dismissed it as a disease of white homosexual Many people did not sea it a dengerouse disease.They also did not protect themselves. This contributed to it's spreading like fire in the dry savannah. Today according to the UN AIDS world organisation reported about six million people died of AIDs in 2003. This number was the highest ever,bringing four thousand of te peole living witj virus globally It was on out that the majority of the peole infected by this scoug but when the UN AIDs world Health organization came and tought people on how to live with it.They also said that should not share thing or spread it.

q2: Distribution of condoms has minimized the spead of HIV/AIDS in My community. People from the ministry of health created awareness and were able to distribute free condoms to the community members. This has brought concern to the community due to spread of HIV/AIDS, they able to get tested and take the necessary precautions. It has been able to impact positively the standards of living in the community, and has brought a good change to the community.

q2: Many people living in dreadful poverty leads to many medical problems.malaria,HIV/AIDS,unwanted pregnancies and even maternal health issues are very common.Walking around kibera for the first time you would think all is well.The people look reasonably happy and cheerful but dig a little deeper and you will easily find many health issues.The biggest problem is hopelessness,a problem that could be solved for a few cents are available for the people of kibera. Things are changing slowly,many medical clinic such as Amref are doing great job in kibera.many churches also provide a medical service.Today there is availability of drugs and services to people of kibera.
