q2:Kijumba lived with his grandmother at Inyali village. she was cruel and alway forced him to work from morning to evening and gave him little food. Kijumba decided to run away and joined unrully children who roamed aimlessly in the village stealing. He became hungry and all his clothes worn out. In that state of confusion, he met a christian who gave him some food, clothes and place to stay. The christian took him to school and introduced him to the head teacher. He was given books and now he is happy and loved as a family member of the man. Now he can afford a smile and thanked pastor Edwin who changed his life.

q2:Anumber of farmers in ,our village are working harder to solves from poverty. Biyinzika mixed farmers Association was formed to work upon this issue. This association emphasises the growing of both food and cash crops to improve on peoples diet and also to fetch income. Also this association has a cash round which enables members to acquire capital for mechanisation and for buying chemicals important in farming.

q2:REEP is a name that brings life to my community members in Marachi Butula.many have got support through it especially the food programmes that are released by the World Food Programme to the community through it. A number of students;orphans,needy and even physically challenged have received a number of sponsorship through the community based Organisation REEP and others who have gone or rather who have done well in their studies have even been sponsored to college and university levels and ending up to get to jobs and attachments in the same organisation and so REEP is a mother and father of many in my community.

q2:My name is Mr. Ashiali. My wife is a member of Jipange Women Group in Bukura, Butere Mumias. The group has lasted for the last 3 years and has over 30 members. The women have stabilised themselves through joint efforts through which they have projects for income generation. Some of these activities include sugarcane planting, businesses and poultry keeping. They also raise funds to lend to their members so as to enable them to develop themselves. My wife was given Ksh, 50,000 in 2010 which she used to start a mitumba business. She also has been selling eggs. From this business we have benefitted a great deal as a family. We get our daily food and other needs from it. We also have been helped by this Group to build a house out of funds they provided for us.

q2:As a young lady,Nabwire was left a widow two years ago with two school going CHILDREN. This resulted into their sole business of shopkeeping to collapse and left her in the remorse state due to rampant poverty. She says a word came from the chief's baraza that widow should form groups to be helped by some organizations. They formed a group in their village of Munongo Busia county and were give 4 oxen after attending a one week seminar. This was to enable them plough their shambas and plant in time to carter for food shortages. The Practice she says enabled them to get enough food and feed their families on rotational basis. it was recently that one oxen was reported missing by the caretaker. Before they could understand the whereabouts of the oxen lost. The involved organization took all the remaining oxen and left the group with nothing. This she says has caused a lot of street to the innocent group members and especilally he as she cannot plant in time and thus cannot get enough food for the family.

q2:Ones upon a time they lived a man in mundika sub-location who was fovourite of eating meating. He stayed a few meneat the border of kenya and uganda The man used to cross to uganda to purchase meat for daily consumption because it was cheap as comprid to daily consuption because it was cheap as comprid to kenya price. The same man was keeping hundreds and hundreds of cattle in his homesteade. All over the sudden the disease of foot and mouth crupted from the home and killed all the animals and disease spread very fast and killed cattle in the whole division of mutujos and the neighbouring division of funyula and Nambale. The community members are very poor at present because they wen depending on their animals for milk, meat labour and source of in dome for educating their children. The disease importun from the neighbouring community in a big disadvantages to the communities doing the border. Currently we care heaving human and crop diseases. Although organization like karikehdp and F.C.l are coming up with resistant variety for different crops for food security but they is still a problem. There is a need for the both countries to carry out a research on ether side of the country to rescue the border communities on food.

ST Peters mixed Group focuses on helping church members who get problems,it provides food to people who have lost relatives, during burial ceremonies it also fetches water and any other possible kinds of assistance. q2: Alot of people in our community live in a difficult circumstances but there are subgroups who have special social problems and need and due to lack of reasources and capital to start a small business neither a kiosk has been a big problem facing the community.Some people have to walk a long distance from their resdences in search for job,other spent a day,even two without food and end up without getting their dairy meal other family members are forced to shift to their parent home or where they have inherited their land due to increase of unemployment.
