q2: UPE is an organisation which is constructed to help children at primary education. This organisation provide free services to the children both in villages and in towns. It helped the children in a village by constructing for them a bore hole at school hence it lowered a burden on the pupils of bringing water down in the swamp. They gained in this organisation for this plan as the teacher said that now the people can have lessons in their normal time which was not the case at first. But still he is complaining that the headmaster used some of the money which was not to be used to build another bore hole for teachers. He said that this headmaster told them that the one for the school will be enough to serve them also which was not true because the pupils were very many.
