q2:My village was at risk with frequent attacks from robbers and wild animals especially at night. The chief organised for a meeting among the elders and later the youths to organised security control in the village.Several youths were appointed as vigilant and were expected to patrol the village at night so as to ensure everybody was safe .Since officers police could not come to the village ,the vigilant men were rendered unreliable since they had no weapons to scare of robbers hence needed support from police. After much disturbances ,by thugs the government built houses for Administration police plus a new chief office.New cops were brought in the area and all the troubles were reduced. The vigilant group had to quit their jobs and other duties delegated tp them. The area chief has now an easy time in dealing with community issues since security has been lifted
