q2:The slums in the country are the most densely populated areas in the country and in the cities at large. due to the conjestion of the housing this makes it difficult for one to make way during the night due to the conjested houses and the insecurity level in the slums. This has led to the loss of life of many people in the slum of kibera due to insecurity. Due to this adopt a light foundation launched a program to put up security lights in the slums in junctions and road intersections in the slums. This has made it possible for people to make their way at night in the slums and it has also led to the reduction of crime rate in the country at large this has made the places safe.

q2:The post-election violence that left the country in turmoils lead to loose of life of people in hundreds and the displacement of thousands of people from their homes. This was brought about by vague politicians inflicting an influencing the youth to violence. This led to different youths in the country killing each other and displacing other people. This happened due to their lack of now how so they were easily influenced. This was evident in the slum of kibera in a broad prospective. Due to this agenda kenya launched a program to educate the youth on leadership and governance thus empowering them politically. This has lead to the youth taking initiative in the slums and being roll models to the rest thus leading to humonious living in the slum of kibera.

q2:The influx of the youths is at a high rate that has led to a high level of unemployment in the country and mostly in the slums.this has made life difficult for the slum dwellers since many youths get involved in drugs and crime so as to console themselves thus omitting current affair that affect their development at large . Due to this the kenya national human rights commission launched a program in the slum of kibera so as to educate the youth on proper governance and empower them on how to be entrepreneurs in the country thus promoting self employment.

q2: HIV/AIDS is a killer disease that has taken many lifes in millions in most part of the country and mostly in the slum of kibera Due to this a program was launched when it was realised that the male circumcision reduces infection rate e.g sixty percent.nyanza health society launched a program for a voluntary male circumcision that was free.This has significantly helped reduce the HIV/AIDS prevelence rate in the country.
