q2: It was in the rural area mostly the older men of women did not approve of boy and girls spending much time together since it was seen as idolatry and boys and girls were not allowed to wear clothes such as tight trousers for the girls and the boys were not allowed to go for girls unless they were circumcised. This to me was old fashioned and unacceptable to but luckily some European people came to the village and tried to make some changes even though it was hard to make the old men and women to understand that the generation has changed and at the moment many things are modified and others are yet to be modified. This triggered them to stop being on the old fashioned ways and turn into a new modernized ,generation. In their schools they introduced computer lessons with qualified teachers which made the pupils and students to be interested and by seeing this the elders also wanted to learn a little something about computer and to get modernized. As we are talking Kogelo Municipal Council...
