q2:Life is usually difficult and pathetic when you comefrom a peasant family but then the misery is further graviated when one is an orphan. This is as far as Kamau thought during his chilhood days. He never got achance to see his parents for they had died when he was still 2 years old and since then he has been forced to live with his aunt who didn't really like him. Despite this he managed to excel in his education and got a well paying job. He has set up the orphans for orphans foundation to help those children orphaned and in dire need of assistance.

q2:Rescue childrens home was started two years back under mama monica. It caters for less fortunate children and street children. It also caters for orphans. The home has about 32 children to date. A case in the three children who were accomodated three months ago, after death of their parents. They had no where to go and were forced to be thrown out of their homes. This is how they were accomodated there.

q2:In our community orphans have been given blankets by an organisation called compasion. These children before were lacking blankets which led some of them to acquire diseases like malaria and other diseases. This helped them so much because they can fell like others with parents.

q2:There was an organisation called COMPASION in our community which helped orphans by giving then clothes. These children lost both of their parents and their were lacking what to wear. This organisation helped them so much because some of them were started getting some diseases due to being knaked.

This was done because they were lacking money to pay their school fees. This helped so many orphans whereby they also acquired education as others. This was highly welcomed by so many people in our community.

q2:Some of the children became orphans because their parents from HIV/AIDS.This are issues that are mostly taken care of by the NGO's. CABDA being an NGO took the initiative to taking care of the orphans in our community.It has been able to construct a home that accomodates more than 30 orphans.This has been a great impact in the community and the surroundings. The orphans are now able to get clothing and food and also education,this has brought a positive change in the community

q2:Letoto is an organization that is located in olympic next to spurgeon's Academy. it was started by some american people to Aid children of kibera.They help the needy children more so orphans,those whose parents are infected by HIV/AIDS and others who are giving them hope that they can still make it in life even though they are either affected or infected. The organization gives children hope.It not only takes children to school but also provides them with food and cloths that are donated by other well wishers from other countries. I can say that the organization has really changed people's lives Currently the organization is offering medication and counselling those affected and infected by HIV/AIDS to help them survive.Those who have benefited from these organization are really appreciation and give thanks to those who are saving a coin to make sure that they are supported.

q2:I am Godfrey Mukwana.Orphans care center in kakamega has greatly helped to make me who i am today.In 2005 when i lost my parents,the obvious conclusion was i was going to end up either as,a street-child or as a thief.I even contemplated committing suicide but its like God stopped it.Kakamega orphans care center came caring and offered me a place to stay so i could continue with education,receive guiding and counseling and provision for my life.This has brought me this far.I am in class 8 this year and i believe i am going to make it and go to high-school next year
