q2:My name is Ruth. I'am a counseller. I'am working with Aphia 11 as a volunteer. Thank God because through this experience with Appia 11 western I have gotten a job with WEWASAFO and this is an N.G.O in town doing a set of activities. The problem I have been having is how to help my fellow youth. but wewasafo have supported me to serve clients in the community. I met Peter whom I helped and now Peter is very healthy. I met Peter when he was bed ridden. After doing counselling he accepted to be reffered to counselling and testing. This is the time Peter was tested positive. the parents had lost hope in Peter, but after encouraging peter she is on ARV'S and doing well. he has gained wait and strong.

q2:Sanitation is a very big problem facing people in Kibera. But in Kianda there is an organization known as the Umande trust funded by the Japannese government that came to our rescue. The organization in conjunction with a certain youth group came together and constructed pit latrines and piped water. This has really helped because people nowadays do not dispose waste materials hence preventing the spreading of water borne diseases and diahorea.

q2:Nathan has not spent more than four years in marnage life. But he seams to be exhausted of it. His body has become so weak ad he is seen to be physically unsober. His wife keeps on complaining that Nathan has lost alot of weight and is coughing persistently. She urges that Nathan should be taken to the hospital. However Nathan is not willing. My father, being a hospitable man decided to approach him and ask him what the problem was. Nathan testified that he was HIV positive and he feared the shame. My father told him the importance of not fearing and how to strengthen immunity using ARVS. Nathan with no doubt revealed this to her wife and told her on how to put up using ARVS. He told her he was told they were to report on a testing guidance and couselling centre as a couple. since the first time he used ARVs Nathan's health have improved favourable and os just a youthful as the other members of the community

q2:In Haaka Ibolu village is a village where there is an increased rate of decilement rape thafety and school dropouts.Youths are being imprisoned day and night because of the above habits. All those are coming in as aresult of missusing drugs.Parents have tried to control this habit but failed.The parents reported this case to the LC(Local Council)so that they can be helped but it also failed becouse even the LCS get money from them as per now the parents dont know what to do and the problem is still going on.

Their is this group of western education development organization that made our mind change for education.Many of youth drop out of school because of peer groups and lack of school fees. But when this group visit us they urge many of us to fill some busery forms which will help our parent on paying fees. Also they talk how education is important to human life that needs to develop him/herself. Now our village Khayega we have gone back to school and hope to finish it without any problem
