In the last 8 months ago, there was accident accured along kitgum road at mid-day which involved a taxi and a school girl aged eight years. she was a pupil of Gulu Town primary school.When the accident happened, the car Reg:No.UAA0001T;a blue Toyota,failed to stop due to the brake failure.It knocked a girl and ran away very fast immediately. I ran toward a young girl and i took her tyo the nearest clinic for quick first aid . she was given aid and transfered tothe main hospital in ward by some volunteer.
