q2:Through sanitation programmes in the poor slums and community centres(JICA) Japanese international community association has helped many community especially kibera. The build toilet to the community through homes and centres. They offer free services to peoplein the slums by making sure they have clean water through water tanks projects that has helped many slum residents in Kibera, Kawangware, mukuru kwa njenga and sinai thus improve the water shortage and sanitation in the communities.

q2: Wainaina lived in Kariobangi slum in Eastland area. He was born as second in family of three. His parent seperated when they were very young. His mother hawked vegetable for living. Despite the hardship she faced she managed to educate them all. After he attended Gatunyi primary he joined high school where he passed. He determined to get out of poverty through education. He joined Kabete Technical as mechanic engineering to two yrs and motivate 2 other years for engineering and got skills. He tried to generate electricity using biogas from his pit. He opened a workshop and office to train young boys in biogas. He has his own foundation which is helping the community to generate small income to youth as he went through hardship. He is improving young stars way of like in kariobangi slums.

q2:Some people have been afraid of going to vct to know their status and have been spreading the diseas through sexual in the community. It comes a time whereby people were being tasted inside their rooms by a support of a certain organisation to kibera and has also extended it project to other slums in Kenya. The organization was taking people to their hospitals if founded having syptom of any kind. Thus malaria, T.B, HIV/AIDS, Tyford e.t.c Being that many people were not able to afford paying the bills, the org was just sharing the cost with them.

q2: WOMEN FIGHTING AIDS IN KIBERA (KENYA) In my community which is kibera due to high population and infedility many die with AIDS and HIV living their children to the hands of their relatives who in most times treat this children as outkirst. In kibera their was a family that lost both parents living them as orphans.But their relatives wanted to acquire their property without their acknowledgement.The women fighting Aids in kibera tried to rescue the children from their relative motives of acquiring their properties without their consient. The women fighting Aids and Hiv in kibera managed to safeguard the property of the affected childrens.Also helping the children financially to meet their needs hence transforming many life in kibera slums.
