q2:It was in January 24th 2009 where by we had an out break of typhoid in our community (mwiyala)These water born disease was due to poor sanitation facilities.Many people died in our area. After some time an organization came in, that i s WHO(Western Health Organisation) with chlorine & water guard so that the weter that we drink be treated.We were also told to handle food well.The organization also built wells,springs so that we have clean water.

q2:In the year 2008 people around Ebwiranyi developed some comlications that was due to por water and sanitation. They used to diorhea and vomit. It was dysentry that is water bone disease. The Organisation known as western water and sanitation forum came in to assist the community by constructing sanitation platforms and protecting water springs. This reduce the cases of dysentry in the area and we were now a healthy community

q2:It was on 26h february 2008 when cholera disease had broken out in our community due to poor sanitation facilities.An organisation by the name wewasafo( western water & sanitation forum) interviewed and developed sanitation units ( toilets) in our schoool Ebwiranyi primary shool. This was a big solution to this problem because children were able to access the units of sanitation with ease and safety. We need to have such facilities soas to stay safe in school and perform better.

q2:There was an outbreak of cholera disease in Ebwiranya location in the year 2009. This was due to poor sanitation method & facilities. many were forced to look for means of preventing the disease but all was in vain. It was after one week when we learnt that the water in the stream was dirty. This was after WEWASAFO intervened the problem. They took control or the stream and constructed springs along the same stream. We now fetch clean water from the same. This was a great achievement. People healed up one by one & they never contaminated water. We are very safe.

q2:It was on 10th January 2010 when Ebushiri location was infected with typhoid disease. Many had began to wonder where the disease had come from since they had never had such a kind of disease. Mr. Khaseveve was to use his long experienced brains to look for means of solving the problem. He went to western water & sanitation forum for assistance. Members of the organisation came & intervened with the problem. The disease was due to poor sanitation method. Units (toilets) were limited and there were many residents using those units. They constructed more units as quickly as possible and by the end of the month, the village was alright. There was also education about good hygiene.

q2: There was an outbreak of water-born-diseases in our home area, Makunga.Most parents who could not afford medical bills left their children to suffer.This was amueba dysentry.People of all ager suffered.This was in the month of may 2009. the disease was fust spreading this was due to the pooe disposal of human feases and this contrubuted to the contaminetion of water sowes within the area. In addition the side people did not get any treatment.An NGO came in to help us out, western water and sanitation forum(WEWASAFO).They took samples of the water we were using and the food that most people were eating.It was confirment that the purtos so had spread everywhere.They therefore treted the water for us and encouraged us to eat well cooked food.The sanitation units were allso contructed and we reveiled medication.

q2:Things happen with a purpose and a reason,Whatever happened to my siblings and turned us into what we are.Two birds are killed by the same stone,in December 12,2008,both of our parents died.Though both died due to HIV/AIDS,my mother committed suicide after my father died due to the terminal disease.It was horrifying to undergo such an experience. We hadn't expected it,our sister who was the first born also committed suicide and died on the following day after our parents burial.Everything around us stopped existing.Our relatives turned their backs on us and w suffered the shame and ended up being stressed.Our assurance came from Western Water and Sanitation Forum, an organisation that helped us to cope with our situation.We are now undergoing our educating and aspiring to be leaders,so as also to help others.
