q2:In our community we have acatholic church which has brought alot of development in the community. This Roman catholic church has managed to established a well and attractive primary school which oes not charge any amount to patients whose children learn for there. It has also established an 'O' and 'A' level secondary school with a vocation training programme on it. This secondary school offers bursaries to poor children and those who are orphans. Finally this church has contributed alot towards the academic standards of the areas around.

q2:Chloride Exide Solar recently brought electricity to Nkoilale primary school in Maasai Mara in order to improve the standard of education in the marginalised district. Moses a class eight student at the school is happy for the recent developments for he can learn continueusly especially early in the morning.

q2:It was to be a courtesy visit by save the children officer from Finland brought by KAMADEP in a little village in Lugai where they were to visit a spring founded by the development partner.Performances were done but Mapengo primary school was the best with them singing about their needs.Through this they were built for classrooms,water and sanitation.This has reduced frastration for the villagers and learning facilities for the pupils

q2:The security and peace of any community is very important.In 2008 Kazi mashambani development programme engaged the community leader and provincial administration in Mt.Elgon area after the security operation eraser was done by the government force.No one trusted the other cause of the situation at hand,land was the the center of the dispute.Community elders were brought together to come up with a lasting solution for the area.To date the area is calm and secure.

q2:i am a guardian by name Ben Mulokota,the father of Alphonse.i hail in kakamega North district in the year 2008,i decided to take my third born son,Alphonse into a school he cried about and for which he gave me sleepless nights to take him to .and because this school has been brought up on the promise of community development and is cost effective i gave in and facilitated his joining.he was as good or sharp as his elder siblings.After 3 years,he is surprisingly outsmarting his elder siblings.i think we need such committed institutions in the community to give the public government ones a run for their money,and the quality of education will sky rocket

q2:Divine providence children's home has tried to help as many children as possible to find hope in life.Many children that i have seen left hopeless do find a new beginning . This has brought about successful young people going to different schools, training and becoming meaningful people in society. This home has provided an alternative support system to the hopeless and continues to grow on and on. I have continued to witness an exemplary work done in this home as a volunteer children's officer in the government of Kenya and do hope that many such homes could do a transparent and selfless contribution to the nations development like this one.
