q2: I am a member of Musembe Community we have heard cases of people beig sick from now and then are really use a lot of money in Hospital , because of water related diseases: One day through our chief we were called in a chief's Baraza (forum) to identify development needs in the area. Water was no 1 problem. Our people spend a lot of money in Hospital because of taking dirty or contaminated water. The organization told us to contribute locally available materials they come and constructed the spring for us we were also trained to use it right now i don't have reported diseases in our area. We are happily enjoying clean water

q2:Sans Frontiers group came to Kenya and settled for Kibera slums where they found many people are living in poverty, no medical attention people die everyday of diseases that could be cured eaily becasue of the poverty they are living in they rented a house which they turned into a hospital and started treating people free of charge. Complicated cases were referred to Kenyatta, St Marys, Matter etc at their expense. They have now built a big hospital adjacent to Langata where they will continue to treat and admitt patience free at their own expenses san Frontier has supported these slum people selflessly by giving them free medical care Kibera people and the surroundings are very grateful to the team of doctors, nurses and all who workers of Sans Frontiers for saving the lives of many. q2:Mama Vivian was homeless after being thrown out by a man he knew as her husband she was pregnant and atthe same time sick. She used to sleep in a posho mill in their trading centre in Agoro area. Patricia he come to hear of her story felt sorry to her and decided to accomiodate her, first she took her to the hospital for treatment and since she was just some few days to deliver she decided to house her. She gave birth to her baby and since she had no where to call her home, patricia decided to keep her as her househelp.

q2:Mama Lewis sells groceries, on this particular day, she had gone to the market to get the days groceries, something bed happened to her son, he got knocked down by a motor bike which hit him and ran away. Her neighbour Jeniffer acted promptly by taking the bleeding boy to the hospital for treatment. q2:Everyday I was so much worried about my son that his skin was not getting any better. I was so much scared as the skin was like it was being burnt. I even took him to the hospital but nothing was done to cure the disease. q2:My Daughter Rebecca was sick. That day I did not have anything to give to my Daughter. I had no money and the condition she was in was so terrible. I did not know what to do so one day I walked to the hospital and gave out two coins I had. I asked for my daughter to be treated.
