q2: For many years in my community. Form four examination was considered enough for the youth in my village (shikoti). Many students hardly performed above grade c (plain). Since the university programmes offer admission from c plus, it has been difficult for them to attain higher levels of learning due to the high cost required and the schools are also far away Mwanga pre-school teacher college has been launched for the past 5 years. It offers training (E.C.D) + Early Childhood Programme for those who got grade D+ and above. Since the fee is manageable and the school is on their doorstep, the villagers have benefited from the programme and are shaping their lives and carriers. The number of idleness has dropped greatly.
