q2:Mushroom of self help Group in my community is a responsive attempt by mostly needy people who find themselves usually neglected and they are the only ones who can help themselves by coming up as a social union that can trace a solution. The government and even international community have shown a recognition of this which is playing quit an enhanced process to development fashioned by such groups. In 2008 when tusaidiane youth group began many such groups had been started but were giving up due to internal problems. The youth were leaving school and ending up helpless and idlers. It is so encouraging that tusaidiane youth group has not looked back, has had determination and apart from contributing to great change to the youth trends, has done even more to the community. As a result this has further challenged other groups not to despair easily.
