q2:A woman who is probably a house wife in my community has very weird thoughts about giving birth in a hospital i met a woman who explained to me how she had given birth to all of her five children. She said that all of her five children have been born at home by assistance from midwives. On the contrary she had never taken any of her children to hospital for immunization or have the children have any serious sickness falling on them. The first born who is around ten years old says he cant remember when he was sick. Though they live in a very depressing environment engulfed with poverty and struggling with life , the children consider themselves safe health wise. My main concern was that how many women in the village escape medical attention at birth yet they deliver safely and children have no sickness. What about the day when there will be an outbreak amongst these children. These women need to be advised because this may cause total sickness for their children in future.

q2:Health of an individual is the most important resource on can have. From my own village - Tigoi, their used to be no hospital nor health centre hence we had to walk long distances to get medical care. These was also characterized by poor roads especially during rainy season. Many sick people would die on the way which promoted local leaders to establish a health center to cover the cost, time and lives getting lost in search of medication. The ministry of health lead to built our health center & subsequently provided medical facilities & personel.

q2:Tradition birth attendants are usually very common in most parts of the remote areas especially with mothers who don,t want to go the hospitals or maternal words to give birth. The poor state of health facilities in remote areas and lack of constant medical supplies are major reasons that drive these mothers to be away from health centers and therefore most of them prefer traditional dirth attendants and some of these children being born here are sometimes not beign well-cattered for and thus die because some of these traditional birth attendatants are sometimes not well stalled in their area of work, financial instability also leads to this.
