q2:Tuberclosis famously known as TB has proved to be a tough disease to be controlled in the medication sector. TB has several ways of transmission. In Kibera slums, Nairobi, TB has become an order of the day since the type of houses and shanties there do not have proper ventilation hence there is a high risk of getting infected if one person within the room is infected. TB spreads very fast and is known to kill. To avoid several deaths, there have been several campaigns initiated to deal with TB within kibera. One major challenge is that there are no government hospitals within the slums. What there are small pathetic privately owned clinics. The TB - ina tiba campaign was initiated by the ministry of health but since there are hospitals in Kibera, nobody has benefited there is need to help the residents get medical facilities.
