q2:Many government hospitals have neglected the health sector and left the sick to fend to themselves. Most public hospitals face a chronic shortage of cheap drugs, which drives desparate patients to seek the services of backstreet Chemists and clinics that do booming business despite being run by quacks without a background in medical training. One need to look futher than the ubiquitous signs advertising the services of traditional healers, who claim to have the remedy for all know ill and ailments.
