This was a deliberate effort by this organization to help people in the community. This and many other such efforts can be same to up lift the people's health status. They gave free voluntary services in cleaning the community through sweeping roads, cleaning drainage sewage and collecting/burning litters in the community. There's alot of poverty in many families. They have agreat problem of poor health, mulnutrition and lack of education. They feel ashamed of their condition since they are dependent on other for help just to survive This may feel resentful of others and so becomes thieves, prostitutes and so on. Than you for medecine san frontiers to the community now it has a branch in Buyango to serve and help the needy with free medicine low charges of payments and free services to children. It has supported the community as well as the members.

q2: Anne is HIV positive.Recently I met Anne very happy and beutiful.I was with my friend Anita who is positive.I have no fear,I don`t know what future holds.They don`t want to take responsibility of caring for another person whose health is uncertain when their own health is not guaranteed,she said. It really affected me and I told her I do care.She narrated her story how she met someone really nice we have great relationship said Anne.Anita my friend join me and change others in our community.She met Aman through club,she has told his sister her status they know but he has never told anyone and refuses to meet my family because he fears they may not accept him and may tell others people his status.Despite the difficulties I have no regrets about dating someone who is HIV-negative.It is easier than dating someone who is HIV-negative.Join the Club to change,share and be free with each other.Anita accepted.Now they are changing other peoples lives.
