q2:Many HIV patients want to commit suicide as soon as they know their hiv status. Most carriers therefore, have the mentality of not dying alone and so they spread the virus not knowing that they are making their situation more serious. Thus, the hope world wide organization had to come in teaching how to live positively. Most of the patients benefited medically and they also gained knowledge on how to live positively. Today, they live a normal life just like others.

q2: Community transformers ,organization as been the best community based organization in mathare number ten (no.10) it has been taking care of the orphans and vulnerable children whom they fare taking care of everybody to add on that they have a group of people whom are filing positive about thirty five members, they anyways visit those support group members at their homes so as to encourage them with word of God and also give psco-social support. community transformers as been helping community transformers as been helping community members to fight against stigma and sisters who are living positively to be part of the community and interact freely without fear.

q2:i belong to mavuno w. group cuts a support group formed by a C.B.O in town known as pillar project. we are a member ship of io women who are living positively i joined this group when i was in bed and almost dying i was under self denial my C.h w .linked me with to this CBO where were social psychological support. after that i come out of stigma and discrimination. i gained some strength and i kept hens that i assigned as loan from our group in selling of eggs. eat some and also sell in for income .

I Kakamega county they have taken quite sometime since they started. This programme that has seen so many people living with HIV/AIDS feel accepted, some pursue education and become successful people in out changing world. Far from communication, it has helped people improve sporting tournament such as football. The initiative has helped youth avoid vices such as drugs and alcohol, and more so, idleness.
