q2:AMREF is changing manyprojects in Kibera slums. Three bells is one of the beneficiaries in Kibera slums. Through their AMREF health centre in Kibera all facility provide all major curative services and the community health workers provide a link between the centre urguing them to access the services provided there with their school pupil. They bought a big tank to the centre to serve children with water and sorrounding people in the area. They can access water freely. Sanitation in Kibera slums has been harder nut to crack but AMREF is changing the community way of life.

q2:I am a community Health worker for quite a long time. once i met a young mother while i was visiting my clients in the community. i later went with her in her house and she told me her history. She had two children and the husband chased away pregnant. I kept on visiting her giving her couselling, and she wanted to abort. i went on visiting her and later on refered her to another office and that office reffered to the chiefs office i kept on visiting and counselling her. finally for i continued visiting her met her in the way and told me she was thankful for how i helped her for she did not abort. she is ready to bear the child and she can now feed her children, the husband is now following her so today she is stress free.
