Youth were involved in the activity by organizing people in different groups e.g Ear checking section where they arrange poor people in their sickness department cases. q2:I am a community Health worker for quite a long time. once i met a young mother while i was visiting my clients in the community. i later went with her in her house and she told me her history. She had two children and the husband chased away pregnant. I kept on visiting her giving her couselling, and she wanted to abort. i went on visiting her and later on refered her to another office and that office reffered to the chiefs office i kept on visiting and counselling her. finally for i continued visiting her met her in the way and told me she was thankful for how i helped her for she did not abort. she is ready to bear the child and she can now feed her children, the husband is now following her so today she is stress free.

q2:There was an outbreak of cholera in the year 2008 in our school lurambi primary school which also affected our community at large.This was due to poor sanitation facilities.The administration of our school joined hand ,with western water and sanitation units(toilets)and also organised health support with the ministry of health and get back to our school,because of the free primary education we require more of such facilitation to cater for all of us

q2: Moon light clinic is sponsored by Japanese Trust Fund and other organisations.It has really brought changes in the community right from the beginning only 1000/= per person. Moon light clinic has been able to provide the following services,counseling and Hiv testing,post abortion care,Family planning,treatment of common illness such as malaria,headache,maternal and child health services,condom education and distribution. And also people are free to go and get all those services cheaply and thus changing their health standards.
