q2:Save the mau, turn over a new leaf initiatives contiues to restore the mau complex water tower with thousands of tree seedlings planted since the partnership was launched. Equity Bank together with other corporate bodies like greenbelt movement, Kenya wildlife service etc. led keyans in tree planting exercise at vairous locations in the mau complex. The aim is to protect the water catchments areas and to enlighten people on the importance of conserving the forests.

q2:Wangeci is particially blind and a business woman living in Nairobi. Life was difficult especially in finding her way through the city which is characterised by crowded streets. Through the Niko fiti campaign she was able to obtain the white cain which has since enabled her to manoevere through the city streets. she now can comfortably manage her business and improve her livelihood.

q2:St. Kizito is a church organisation that helps street children by giving them shelter, food, education and medical care. Many street children who were taken to this institution have benefitted very much, some have become catholic church ministers, others have gone upto university and are now holding big positions in the society. They always go back to Kizito and assist materially and financially. They will always be greatful to St. Kizito for making a difference in the lifes of these neglected children.

q2:Wairimu Kamau is the executive Director of life Bridge Foundation which was started as a home for street children and lately former women prisoners and their children. They believe in giving the ex-prisoners a second chance to keep them from going back to crime. Through forums that initiate income generating activities, the women are able to acquire skills and training and earn a living. This organisation is a volunteer-based that equips women ex-convicts with life skills to reintegrate them into society well wishers, it also seek for professional help such as counselling and entrepreneurial and skills training. They also hope & start a prison visit programme with re-integrated women who will inspire those serving term with a hope for a future outside prison. They have their shelter at Kayole in Nairobi.
