q2: Turkana community is one of those communities where a woman is treated as an instrument of giving birth and not a wife or normal woman. In this community, women give birth untill their wombs and ovaries cant produce anymore. I remember while leaving their a woman came to me trying to seek advice form me on what to do because she was 10 years i marriage and already she was having ten children yet she was already carrying the eleventh child in her womb. Something strange is that these people in the community are not rich and as much they emphasize on children in their marriage, the fact remains that they can't sustain or take care of this children. Being a nurse by then I advised this woman and informed her about family planning but I asked her to confirm from the husband. Lucky enough the husband was kind enough to accept the advise and after we did this to this family, others with the same problem came trickling and after some time most families started to family plan and the suffering of the women came to an end.
