q2: It is good that the youth Action Group in its formation child factor in the gender factor, to include both men and women. I am a lady to be honest, i have really benefited from my membership here. When we are together, there seems to be some warmth that steers us into an environment of making money. As youth we have been able to generate workable ideas that worked into action have in turn carried us and our families from poverty to stability. My family used to be in need and in despair. My Joining Youth Action Group in 2009 gave inipetus to the approach of issues, health and hope of my attitude and perception. I am more innovative and productive as empowered by this group initiative. GRACE SHICHELE
