q2:People in Madende village have benefitted so much from the community development fund that was brought in the community to build the hospital and water. These has happened recently. The people had complained that to the District Officer but nothing promising was being done to help. Recently a new D.O was brought and the money was released and the hospital and water points constructed.

q2:Mwangaza Women Group in Kakamega South is a wonderful social outfit in its own right as a development supertool,started by women with vigour they leave nothing aside in their commitments and within the five years in which they have been operational,have stamped their impact in terms of affective contribution to the community. Most development projects they started have been successful and true to their name 'mwangaza'have brought light to the lives of members and the entire community.They will want someone to hold hands with them for support. q2: There is an organisation which is called Lwamaggwa Twesitule Micro Finance. this institution was brought by minister Sendalwa where people are getting loans for teaching their children and to the farmers agriculture. Since this micro-finance was set up in the area, there some development to some people. People have managed to take their children to schools through lending loans and others have managed to improve on their business and when your paying back the money, you put in small interest.
