q2:I am confident saying that for about two years ago, the government had given out 200 pipes to increase the speed of water in the community but the serious matter is that those pipes are still at the chief's camp (Karaba). Karaba has the water spring. People have tried to make use of the water but water storage to reach the community and they built water storage near Karaba dam but having done that, the water supply has failed to reach the areas where people are. When this project started many people had dug fish ponds so as to grow fishes. Later it was all along in vain while the water storage started leaking and found no one to bother about it. The funny thing is our fish ponds are empty due to that problem. Despite the failure of the [people in the process the raise an organisation which is measuring water in different areas so that individuals can dig holes to use the water for irrigation or any other planning for use. The dreams of many people have been turned down due to lack of water because where our hope was to get water failed - that means if they have to get means of digging holes we can reach to our dreams. The problem of water has been a disaster to the community.
