q2:I remembe rone village in our country which is kibera. This village did not have well houses. it is a slum place. Many people who are living in this village did not have food, water, toilets shelter and others. These people are orphaned, widows and widowers. They lack food in there life. Others go into the street to search for food. One day the government travelled to this slum to see why did this people survive with. They lacked food further more in there life and the government did to these village. They lack the opportunity of clean water to drink. There is no security there.

q2:There was an outbreak of cholera disease in Ebwiranya location in the year 2009. This was due to poor sanitation method & facilities. many were forced to look for means of preventing the disease but all was in vain. It was after one week when we learnt that the water in the stream was dirty. This was after WEWASAFO intervened the problem. They took control or the stream and constructed springs along the same stream. We now fetch clean water from the same. This was a great achievement. People healed up one by one & they never contaminated water. We are very safe.

q2:I used to fetch water from a nearby stream. It was on 23rd October 2009 when all the residents of Ebwiranya location were sick. it was discovered that it was a water borne disease by the name cholera. The chief informed the W.S.F Organization which came and helped us to solve the problem. Springs were constructed and we now fetch clean water from the same stream. We do not suffer from any waterborne disease since the water has been treated. The stream is not under great care of the organization.

q2:It was the year 2009 when bilharzia broke out in our community. This was due to poor sanitation and lack of good management of facilitates e.g water masses. I was always send to draw water from a nearby stream. The water looked clean but it was indeed true that there was bilharzia snails in it. Mr. Kanzolo who was our chief in Sichirayi location mobilized the community by instructing them to equip themselves with protective materials. We all adhered to it by constructing a well spring and using our skills to drain of the bilharzia snails. An organization by the name (WEWASAFO) WESTERN WATER & SANITATION FORUM came in and constructed more springs with clean water. This was a great changed and solution to our problem. We are now safe.

q2:In a certain village their lived a very old man that needed to be helped by anyone whom could get help from. The same same man had no wife and even children to help him when he was undergoing pain and suffering. All the people in the village looked down on him,they considered him unclean. Each day he was trying to get help from.One day as i and my friend were collecting firewood from the forest i saw the man lying down in pain calling for help.Even my friends considered him unclean although i did not mind because i knew everything had a reason. I had to harry and take him to the hospital even though i knew hurry hurry has no blessings. When we reached the hospital the doctors attended to him at once and as they treated him the man told the doctors to call me and tell me what he was suffering from. I came crying in pain and argony.He told me my child am suffering from (TB). Soon he was discharged from the hospital. One day a woman came and said Mr.Muteti you have being given this thing to be cleaning your water when you need clean water.
