q2:My name is Harriet khaki. I am 16 years and a student at Kilimani Secondary School. I am an orphan since my both parents died of HIV/AIDS several years ago. I have thus been living with my grandmother who is the only relative alive. Life to me and my grandmother has been an uphill task. however, we were beneficiaries of a project launched at our area aimed at helping the orphans and the marginalized in the community. This was done so by an organisation called WEWASAFO. They were supplying food, clothes and other necessities to us which have really helped. They are even the ones who are paying my school fees, I and for other students.

q2:This happened a year ago when I was in school.I had a classmate who was mentally suffering. He was suffering from HIV/AIDS. I felt so sorry for him because he suffered both physically and mentally. No one knew his status. until were tested in school. When he knew that his status has been discovered, he lost hope and didn't have a friend. All those who were his friends all turned their backs to him. Thanks to the WORLD HEALTH ORGANISATION (WHO) helped him. He accepted how he was and never lost hope. It was not his fault to be born with HIV/AIDS virus. He still takes the ARVs.

q2:Death came knocking on our door in 2009,August 21st.M y mother had been servely ill.Though her main problem was HIV/AIDS,we realised that malaria contributed so much in her death. My siblings and i had not expected it to happen so early or so it seemed. She used to offer support to three of us ,and off course my help too,as the first born.My second born sister and me were not infected but our small brother had the infection. The burden was hard for me to carry since i was still a student. Then came Western Water and Sanitation Forum an organisation which helped us reshape our lives. My younger brother also passed on later,The organisation helped us burry him.It also offered materials and financial support to the both us.I am now in class eight and my sister in class five ,hoping to finish our education.

q2:Things happen with a purpose and a reason,Whatever happened to my siblings and turned us into what we are.Two birds are killed by the same stone,in December 12,2008,both of our parents died.Though both died due to HIV/AIDS,my mother committed suicide after my father died due to the terminal disease. It was horrifying to undergo such an experience. We hadn't expected it,our sister who was the first born also committed suicide and died on the following day after our parents burial.Everything around us stopped existing. Our relatives turned their backs on us and w suffered the shame and ended up being stressed. Our assurance came from Western Water and Sanitation Forum, an organisation that helped us to cope with our situation. We are now undergoing our educating and aspiring to be leaders,so as also to help others.
