q2:This year 2012 in the month of April I met with my miracle that has changed me an orphan and my life completely i was abandoned some years back and later ended up on the street. A family had initially tried to rehabilitate me in vain as i could still run back to the streets in Kakamega town. This year a church New Life Church concluded a crusade in Muliro Gardens and called and prayed for me. My life changed since last April, I have since been taken to school and I feel like I will with the sponsorship they are giving me go very far in life.

This yer in February they forced me to work and shifted from their earlier promise they had given me that they could take me to school. Although they gave me food and support to a certain extend. q2: I am a girl who in the last six months was inspired and my life changed when Kakamega Orphans care Centre picked me from the streets to start caring for me. They took me up from Kakamega's Muliro Gardens and now i have a new whole new world under their care. I'm in school in class 4 now to become a doctor.

q2:On has to be employed in order to lead a better life in an urbarn area. Most of the Mathare resident sort employment in constraction firms as laborous. The rate of employment in mathare is 10-20 parent. this shaws that most people are not employed. Those who are employed risk loosing their jobs anytime because they are temporary jobs hense do not provide options for permanent employment. Due to lack of jobs, most people have resorted to small businesses within the slums. men in particular have started businesses like carpentry (workshop) welding and even shopkeeping. Some even sell a few things by the streets to earn a living. For the women, most sell groceries.

q2:I was walking in the street on my way to school, I had someone crying but I was scared. By the time I was still standing to had the voice againg I had someone calling for my name again I did not know the person. Near the river their is a place were many girls had been raped their. But they cannot tell their parents about the matter. I was scaring weither I would be cought by thoes people. I crained my neck under the brige to have a full few of what was going on. I found the gin who was necked she was my class matte at the same school at the same class. I tried to call for help b4 their suprised to see the thing that had never happened in her life. The girl was at the age of 10yrs When the women saw the girl was bleeding from her private parts she was very angry. I did not go to schoo because it was so late for me to go to school. The girl was found pregnant she would not abort she dropped out od school but later she was taken back to school by an organization known as amreff

q2:Last month on 2nd a group of people came into our area. The people were well dressed and they looked spick and span. Those people went around and sponsering children. Many of these children were opharns ands some were leaving on the street. They took the children and sponsered them. They were also taken to children's home . These made many people happy and all the children that were helped enjoyed their life and this made them forget all the bad things they had gone through before.

q2: I am a 16 years girl,I registered why i was born in poor family not until in 2008 when my hope was restored.When i came across child restoration outreach.I used to feed on the street by getting food that was thrown in the rubbish pit,a volunteer fro child outreach saw what i was doing and got touched by what they saw.He then told me if would move with him to the home of peace.I was taken to Child Restoration Outreach recruited,am now eating good food,being educated my life was changed.
