It was started by an organisation from U.S.A called save African Children. This was to eradicate poverty in the community it is offering free services to orphans under low payment of medicinesto keep the clinic going. q2: 1 year ago, the number of people dying from typhoid, cholera, HIV/AIDS in my village was very high. I live in Ingoste village in Kakamega. The number of patients in our village Hospital was very high and it was hard to receive medical care for the emmergency cases. The lifestraw campaign for good health was the rescue of my community it brought water filter gadgets that helped the villagers drink clean water free from infectious germs. It also brought condoms for family planning to reduce the rate of HIV/AIDS and STI's spreading. This also helped control the poppulation. The free donation from lifestraw has been of great help. The cases of typhoid have reduced to2%. The number of patients infected with HIV/AIDS is also reducing rampantly. The villagers are very thankfull to the lifestraw campain since they have saved money they used for hospital bills to venture into profitable projects. The members of my community are now healthy and economically stable.

q2:This organization is responsible for finding solutions about HIV/AIDS patients and to protect the non-infected persons in the community. Uganda care offers assistance in forms of councelling the infected and non infected people. It has also worked with the government well to help decrease or really stop the number of infected persons in the community by introducing abstainance methods hence enhancing a wonderful community to live in. It has set up hospitals and small clinics or healthy center points for those who cannot access the main health offices in the region to help give medical care to the people around,for example they also give food stuffs to the patients for a good diet,house hold utencils,mention but afew. They have really done the community well creating a healthy and epidermic free country. I hail Uganda care for the wonderful work.

q2: St.matiya Mulumba healthy centre is a clinic that is determined to help people infected with HIV/AIDS and preventing the rest from acquiring them with the necessities like clothes, bedings etc to ease their delicate lives.
