q2:Rose is a married woman attending a township s literacy Group in kakamega among the 20 groups under mungano wa kakamega.she dropped out meetings she managed to understanding her rights as a woman.This was because used to beat her and deny her money fro domestic us.She joined the group and started receiving literacy training under weep she also participated in resolving fund scheme through saving and credit.She was identified by the group for sponsors in vocational training in hard dressing and beauty therapy where EWAEP as an organisation paid for her tuition she was able to complete her course and opened a juakali saloon in Amalembaestate once she started contributing to family income,Domestic violence in the home has stoped and she is able to even pay some bills,fees and family upkeen in the house . Her life has changed drastically through muungano wa kakamega womn group courtesy of WEAEP(Western Education Advocay & empowerment programe) she has upgraded her bussiness through literacy and she is now economically empowerment this has even made her take up leadership role as a treasure of township literacy.
