q2: As Kisumu is well known for the most suffering province with an epidermic of HIV/AIDS. The government and the combination of the ministry of health sat down and formed a commission of inquiry to combat HIV/AIDS. They set a date and traveled to Kisumu to begin immediately to eradicate the believe about Kisumu that it is the leading city of people dying with HIV/AIDS. They set up billboards and postas all over the town warning about the dangers of HIV/AIDS.Carried, campaing and educated the people about HIV/AIDS. The ministry of health donated funds that helped to build VCT centers and hospital.Here people were going to known their status and how to continue living with HIV/AIDS. They also issued out ARV for free that helped a lot of people to survive. The organization helped to reduce the percentage of people dying for 75 to 50 %.
