q2:Nkosi was a years old and lived in South Africa. His parents died of HIV/AIDS and he was left alone with his siblings. In addition,Nkosi had also HIV/AIDS.He had to do all the duties at home and even take care of his siblings every day before he went to school. However, the organisation to orphanage did not recognize this until it was noted tha Nkosi depended on ARVS for survival of his life.He hoped to live longer with his brothers until he even could get a job and uplit his younger brothers. Despite the fact that Nkosi now lived with other children in orphanage,he looked different with them since he used to advise people about HIV/AIDS and ways of preventing them in the world through mass media. He was the first person to receive an award from the HIV organisation in Britain. However, the dream of Nkosi to live longer failed since he died at the age of 12 years. The government of South America was depressed and could never forget such a brave and brilliant child in their life.Until now Nkosi is being remembered for his achievements he had done.

q2: HIV and AIDS has become an epidemic because of lack of teaching about Aids. Many people fear being tested for HIV/AIDS because they fear people will hate them. Many people think that sex is the cause of HIV/AIDS and therefore they neglect people living with HIV/AIDS saying that they engaged in sex without knowing there are other ways in which one can get HIV/AIDS. In our estate karanja there were people who were adviced to go to HIV test. They went and some of them were found with HIV/AIDS.Karanja self help group started offering ARV drugs to the people and even taught people about HIV/AIDS.Since then people have lived with people of HIV/AIDS like neighbours. Since then people living with HIV/AIDS who were afraid to show themselves have come out and this really has reduced HIV/AIDS.Even the introduction of condoms have really helped.
