q2:The severe drought that hit Amkeni village left people dependent on a relief food from a local church and an international non-governmental organisation. However bad roads made it difficult from relief supplies to reach the community. To add insult to injury Amkeni villages , who were small scale farmers stopped irrigating their small farms after their only water source was diverted to a 23 kilometers " development project" in the city. The Amkeni me had received sympathy votes in a by elections that followed his fathers death after only serving for six months . After his election the replaced the constituency development Fund CDF committee formed by his father and friends and relatives who miss used the funds for their selfish and personal intrests. He also started a self-styled security group to protect his political ambitions and deal ruthlessly with any opponents.

q2:There was a certain village which was in Nyanza province. There lived a boy who was called Joel.He was very rude and didnt follow his mothers advice.His father had already passed away and he was left with his mother.One day he went away to his home and went with his friends and his mother didnt know where he had gone to.His friends told him if he can smoke.He didnt know the choice to made but his friends influenced him to do it.Joel didnt have any options but to smoke the ciggaretes. When he reached at home,his mother asked him where he was.He didnt tell his mother and he went to sleep.The nex morning he wanted to go and smoke another cigarette like his friends but he did not find them.He then came and sold some of his mothers and to go to buy some cigarettes so that he can smoke it.When his mother had noticed his character,he called the villagers for help.When the villagers arrived,they were asking him what is wrong.They told the everything about his sons behaviour.The villagers thought of an idea and suggested to take him to the hospital.When the doctor had done the rest,they noticed that he had lung cancer.The community suggsested that they would help him bu maing him to stop drugs.They warned their children that drugs are very bad to their health.

q2:H.IV & AIDS a killer disease thats how it was said to be. In most cases positive people have problems and difficulties in relations with others in a community. some organizations come in-form of H.I.V testing, guiding and councelling, but do the work of testing and presenting results only and at end cause more trouble. Here is a story... Once there lived a boy who was in a boarding institution. Just like other adolscent boys he engaged in love affairs and sexual behaviour. Then their came an organization in the school that would test, guide and councell students who were positive. Him together with his friends agreed to take the test In the process results were made and it was found out that he was positive. In disbelief he jumped out of the room and ran crying. is friends were not late to know that he was infected. Soon after it was the nightmare of his life. he didnt want to reach near anybody as he was discriminated. This almost made him drop out of school.
