q2:Navakhola is my community in central Kakamega District, the only health facility we can access to is Provincial Hospital Kakamega. We have had problems especially women who want to deliver, whenever a woman is in labour we travel a kilometre looking for a vehicle to carry the woman to Kakamega maternity facility. At times a woman delivers a while on the way in the vehicle before we reach the hospital, others loose they babies, others loose their lives. One day the chief called us and informed of the visitor who had visited us from one of the NGO's she then proposed of building a facility near the market so long as there is land. Now we have a complete health centre in the community.

q2:I as Rose Shiteera may have so much to enumerate in relatiion to the power of joint efforts and the power of women so to speak. When people share a problem it becomes small. A problem shared is half solved. In our Group, Jesus Junction Group, we have fostered the spirit of supporting one another there by creating a framework that has down sized our common obstacles in life including poverty. I have been able to do what i formally couldn't do including buying household good, building a house all out of money i easily get from our Group. I have plans to start a vibrant business soon and there is no problem borrowing money from the organization as long as you pay timely for others to borrow so as to advance themselves.

q2:Malaria is known as a deadly disease that has affected most parts of Africa and my own area is not exceptional due to the stagnant waters and the swamps that characterize my area.
