Q151:Last year IDD tried to help the women group of Imgblinga .We got goats for our group which we still have some .others we sold and used the money for other activities. The government project of youth livelihood program is still pending. They came and we had meetings,we also went through vetting and now we are waiting for them to fund our projects.our attention is to buy a grinding mill which will generate for us some money for our activities.Currently we use subscription (membership) fee to any out our activities and we are doing well.

q2:Since my arrival in this I had never sees government projects from central government be implemented in our village. Many projects are brought here plots for them are kept but the time to implement them they taken to other villages. For example in 2014 there was a project of market building and health centre, but unfortunately all the projects moved to other villages. This makes people to relay in one economic sector (agriculture) instead of doing the business other activities

q2:In Kenya nowadays, education is valued as one of the most precious thing in life. Everybody needs to have proper education in order for him to get a better life and future. However in some areas, getting even primary education is a real challenge. An area like Turkana North which has been abandoned and left to hung by most government projects. There are no public schools and the few are dilapidated and unfit for use. q2:Politics should be having a positive impacton people lives but this is not the case.In Mathare politics can be seen to be cause of poverty Because of poliltics,People see themselves not as of the nation but as people of different ethnic groups. Ethinicity itself had caused dangers to the lives of most people because when people converse into social place, they group themselves in ethic categories.Politics has improved peoples lives in mathare even alittle bit.Government project have alwaus been interrupted by politicians who only favour their clans or ethnic groups. The biggest challenges is that people realy value and have almost made politicians their idols not noticing the negative result that politics has to their lives.
