q2:It was in 208 when the W-Gotafogo youths started helping the community by empowering. Gitafogo has managed to create an employment to some of the youth in the village just by building a six foor pit latrine and two door bathroom, and also reduced the flying toilets with the areas of works i.e Kisumu ndogo and Katweke villages. Through that we have also managed to buy a 10000 litres water tank for storing water in the past generation and now we are giving them clean water . We as Gota fogo youth group has also managed to save many lives from socual crime that's prostitution.

q2:I was living in a area where youths were idol and distabing community. Some of them were robbers and were drug abusers. So an organization known as Mayouths 2amke came in area and taught youths on how they can prosper in life. They even offer loan to youths. Manny youths started their own business while others went for constructive things like sports.

After the groups changed and stopped using abusive drug they decided to help the community by engaging in some practiful activities like cleaning up the seweges, dumping and development of the community.

q2: We as a community we have a duty to clean and protect our environment. We should not wait for an organisation or anybody from outside to come and tell us to clean ourselves. I appreciate the county council for the work they did last year in our community. They came as a group and started to collect litter and slash beside the roads. For me as i know, a clean environment is good health for all the community. It is now our duty both youths and adults to conserve and keep our environment clean always cleanliness is before God.

q2:By name I am peter Kakai. In Kakamenga North we have started a self Hlp Group (2008) which is the tool we have used to change the face of our community. Our Group has both men and Women and it projects cane planting and aims at many other areas of investment as a way of letting in more income to enable our youth to get more empowered for progress.
