We met a young lady Naomi who rarely smiled or laughed during the first encounter. She is only 13,but hard set her face tells the story of a much older person, one who has been to hell and back Her innocence has long been stripped away by a string of men who sexually abuse her repeatedly, and without remorse. Untill a couple of months ago Naomi was a child prostitute in Kakamega Busia road.
