q2:World Vision has actually done great things to people living with HIV/AIDS in my region. It has been on the foreline fighting for their rights and educating the people on the need to take care of the infected and treat them well. Actually most of those that have contracted this disease are poor in my area. In helping reduce stigma, the organisation has educated them to be happy always and believe they are going to live longer. Also through various teaching accorded to other members of the society, their mind sets have changed and they are actually treating the victims kindly. World Vision has also been supplying Anti-retro virals to these people which helps them keep their health in check. Food stuffs and other needs are also occassionally supplied to these people. I would actually thank this great organisation for the great work they are doing.
