q2:OCBO has been helpful to many youth especially school dropouts and orphans who could not go for futher education school dropouts and orphans in Nkenge village have benefited from free scholarship offered by OCBO to teach them technical skills that they can use to earn a living and be self employed some were tought tailoring skills while others carpentry many youth who have benefited from this program will be self employed in the near future.
